凹面状态下多孔质节流气体静压止推轴承的特性研究

摘要 针对凹面状态下多孔质节流气体静压止推轴承特性,采用Fluent软件进行流场计算,分析凹面高度和凹面弦长对气体静压止推轴承静态特性的影响,同时,对比研究凹面和理想平面时供气压力和气膜间隙对压力分布的影响,得出如下结论:随着凹面弦长的增大,凹面多孔质节流气体静压止推轴承的压力分布越均匀,轴承承载力减小,但刚度和耗气量增大;随着凹面高度的增大,凹面多孔质节流气体静压止推轴承的压力分布越均匀,但轴承承载力和刚度减小,且耗气量增大;在凹面状态下,由于流场内压力分布相对均匀,在供气压力增大或气膜间隙减小时,轴承的承载力及刚度变化更加明显。 According to the characteristics of porous throttling aerostatic thrust bearings with concave working surface, the Fluent software is used for the flow field calculation. The influence of the concave surface height and the concave chord length on the static characteristics of aerostatic thrust bearings are analyzed. At the same time, the influence of the gas pressure and the film clearance on the pressure distribution under the concave and the ideal working surface are compared and discussed. The following conclusions are drawn: with the increases of the concave chord length,the pressure distribution of porous throttling aerostatic thrust bearings with the concave working surface becomes more uniform, the bearing capacity decrease, the bearing stiffness and the gas consumption increase; with the increase of the concave height, the pressure distribution also becomes more uniform, the bearing capacity and the bearing stiffness decrease, and the gas consumption increase; under concave working surface state, because the pressure distribution field is relatively uniform, the increase of gas supply pressure or the decrease of gas film clearance, the bearing capacity and stiffness change more.
