摘要
在大量试验的基础上,重点研究了灌注式半柔性道面材料的抗冲击性能。运用SHPB试验装置,对空隙率为20%、23%、25%、27%和30%的半柔性道面材料分别进行了0.25、0.30、0.35和0.4 MPa共4种气压的冲击试验,分析数据发现较低气压冲击作用下(0.25,0.3 MPa),空隙率为25%的半柔性道面材料峰值应力最大;在较高气压冲击作用下(0.35,0.4 MPa),空隙率为27%的半柔性道面材料峰值应力最大。综合材料在冲击作用下峰值应力和破坏形态等因素,空隙率为27%的半柔性道面材料抗冲击性能优于其余4个空隙率的材料。
Impact resistance of poured semi -flexible pavement material was studiedbased on many tests. The impact tests,under four levels of pressure(0.25,0.30,0.35 MPa and 0.4 MPa) ,were conducted on semi-flexible pavement materials with five different void contents(20% ,23% ,25% ,27% and 30% ), by using split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB) equipment. After analyzing test data,we found that under the effect of lower pressure(02 25 MPa and 0. 30 MPa), it is the material with 25% void con tent whose peak stress is the biggest while under the effect of higher pressure(0.35 MPa and 0.4 MPa), it is the material with 27% void content whose peak stress is the biggest.
