摘要
介绍了高纯度五氧化二钒的制备方法,并对各种提纯工艺的技术原理以及工艺流程进行了阐述。对各种提纯方法的优缺点进行分析和综合比较后指出,化学沉淀法具有对设备要求低、操作简便、生产成本低等优点,适用于高纯度五氧化二钒的工业化大规模生产。
The production methods for high-purity vanadium pentoxide are introduced. The technical principles and process flows of these methods are described. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed. By comprehensive comparison,a conclusion is drawn that the chemical precipitation method has the advantages of simple process,low cost and easy operation,which is suitable for the industrialized production of high-purity vanadium pentoxide.
