慢性髓细胞白血病TKIs耐药与氧化应激损伤关系的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 慢性髓细胞白血病(CML)是一种累及造血干细胞的恶性克隆性疾病,以骨髓和外周血中髓系细胞增殖、Ph染色体和产生BCR—ABL融合蛋白为主要特征,该蛋白具有高酪氨酸激酶活性,因此CML治疗时使用酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKIs),如甲磺酸伊马替尼、达沙替尼和尼洛替尼,治疗后有60%-70%和约8%的患者分别获得完全细胞遗传学及完全分子生物学应答。然而,由于对TKIs耐药,几乎所有CML患者不能通过TKIs治疗获得最终“治愈”。因此TKIs耐药的机制成为研究的重点,并逐渐得到重视。本文主要针对氧化应激相关通路在CML对TKIs耐药的产生和发展中的作用进行综述。
