摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法,建立白酒原辅料中5种重金属元素(Cr、As、Cd、Hg、Pb)的检测方法。同时探索了微波消解方法,对消解程序进行了优化。各元素检出限均满足日常生产重金属元素监控的分析要求,线性关系良好(r≥0.9995),相对标准偏差(RSD)不超过4%,回收率在84%~110%之间。此法简便快速,定量准确,为白酒安全生产、重金属元素含量的检测提供了可靠的分析方法。
In this study, five heavy metals (Cr, As, Cd, Hg, Pb) in Baijiu-making raw materials were detected by ICP-MS. Meanwhile, micro-wave digestion was explored and the digestion procedures were optimized. The detection limits of each heavy metal element met the requirements of heavy metal monitoring in production, and the correlation coefficients were good (r≥0.9995). RSDs were less than 4 %, and the recovery rates ranged from 84 % to 110 %. Such method was simple, rapid and accurate for the detection of heavy metal elements in Baijiu production.
