我国相邻区域人力资本与区域创新能力的非线性关系研究 被引量:10

摘要 文章采用中国31个省市1995-2013年的年度面板数据将交通基础设施作为门限变量,使用面板门限模型研究交通基础设施与人力资本的跨区域溢出、人力资本的跨区域溢出对我国相邻区域创新能力的影响,并探讨了交通基础设施对区域创新能力是否具有门限效应。研究结果表明:人力资本具有空间溢出效应,不仅对本区域的技术进步产生影响,而且通过交通基础设施,对相邻区域的创新能力也具有显著影响。同时,人力资本对中国区域创新能力具有交通基础设施单门限效应,公路基础设施和铁路基础设施门限值分别为4.496和2.766。意味着当公路密度和铁路密度的对数值小于门限值时,交通基础设施不完善,区域之间人力资本流动的空间成本较大,区域间隐形知识的流动较少,从而对相邻区域创新能力的提升也有限。当交通基础设施大于门槛值时,交通基础设施较为完善,对相邻区域之间人力资本的频繁流动起到了重要作用。 In this paper, we choose 31 provinces with 1995-2013 annual panel data, use the transport infrastructure as a variable threshold, use threshold model, to investigate the cross regional spillover between transportation infrastructure and human capital. the impact of cross regional spillovers of human capital on the innovation capability of the adjacent regions in China. That study the spatial spillover effect of human capital on regional innovation capability. Meanwhile, study the traffic infrastructure whether has a threshold effect on regional innovation capability. The results show that: human capital has a spatial spillover effect, which not only affects the technological progress of the region, but also has a significant impact on the innovation capability of neighboring regions.At the same time, the human capital has a single threshold effect on the regional innovation capability of China, and the threshold value of the highway infrastructure and railway infrastructure are 4.496 and 2.766 respectively.lt means that when the density of railway and highway is less than the threshold value,the transportation infrastructure is not perfect, the space cost of the flow of human capital between regions is larger, the regional invisible knowledge flow is less, so the regional innovation capability of the adjacent riser is limited. When the traffic infrastructure is greater than the threshold value, the traffic infrastructure is perfect, and plays an important role in the frequent flow of human capital between adjacent regions.
