摘要
对一种用于白萝卜收获机的挖掘铲进行研究。该挖掘铲由铲柱及底铲组成,底铲与铲柱之间折弯成近似L型,左右各一对称布置,通过联接板固定于白萝卜收获机机架,可调整安装位置,适应不同白萝卜种植行距要求。设计铲柱对称轴线与铅垂线夹角α、底铲工作上表面与侧垂面夹角β、底铲工作上表面与水平面夹角γ;底铲加工刃口,刃口所在直线与正垂面夹角δ。田间试验结果:在角度取值α!(12°,20°)、β!(12°,20°)、γ!(13°,18°)、δ!(10°,15°)时,白萝卜收获机性能指标达到设计要求,挖掘深度可达0.40m,纯作业效率可达0.35hm2/h。
It was researched on the harvesting machine of white radish.The digging shovel comprised of a shovel column and shovel at the end,bottom between the shovel and a shovel column bent into approximate L-shaped,around the symmetrical arrangement.It was through a connection plate fixed on the frame of a white radish harvester,and it could adjust the installation position to meet the requirements of different white radish planting spacing.It was designed shovel column axis of symmetry and the plumb line included angle alpha,bottom shovel work surface and the side vertical angle beta,bottom shovel work surface and the horizontal surface angle gamma;bottom shovel processing edge,edge where linear and positive vertical angle delta.The results of field experiment:in the angle value ofα!(12°,20°),β!(12°,20°),γ !(13°,18°),δ!(10°,15°),performance indicators of white radish harvester reach design requirements,the mining depth is up to 0.40 m,pure operation efficiency is up to 0.35hm2/h.
