精液白细胞对精子质量及IVF受精率的影响

摘要 目的探究分析精液白细胞对精子质量及 IVF 受精率的影响.方法随机选取我院 30例门诊白细胞精子症患者作为观察组,另选30 例白细胞浓度正常患者作为精子质量对照组,分析其精子密度,活力,前向运动精子比例及精子畸形率,选取在我院进行体外受精胚胎移植助孕的白细胞精子症患者30例作为IVF 观察组,另选 30 例白细胞浓度正常患者作为IVF 对照组,分析以上两组的IVF 受精率.结果观察组的精子密度,活力,前向运动精子比例均低于对照组,其精子畸形率均高于对照组,IVF 受精率低于对照组.结论精子白细胞可能为精子质量下降,IVF 受精率降低的原因之一,通过纠正白细胞,改善精子质量对于治疗男性不育及提高IVF 受精率具有重要的临床意义. objectiveto explore the analysis of sperm cells affect sperm quality and IVF fertility rate. Methodsthe leucocyte sperm disease from 30 cases of clinic patients were randomly selected as observation group, choose 30 cases of WBC concentration as sperm quality in patients with normal control group, analyzing the sperm density, vitality, forward movement proportion of sperm and sperm deformity rate, selection in our hospital for in vitro fertilization embryo transfer for assisted leucocyte sperm disease as IVF observation group of 30 cases of patients, an alternate as IVF control group 30 patients with normal WBC concentration, analysis of the above two groups of IVF fertility rate. Resultsthe observation group of sperm density, vitality, forward movement sperm percentage are lower than the control group, the sperm malformation rate are higher than the control group, IVF fertility rate is lower than the control group. Conclusionsperm cells may fall for sperm quality, one of the reasons for IVF fertility rate lower, with correct white blood cells, improve sperm quality for the treatment of male infertility and IVF fertility rate has important clinical significance.
