摘要
基于EPC工程总承包的特点,从工程范围、合同价款、支付方式、保函、变更、索赔等角度,分析了工程总承包合同风险条款,并提出了具体的防范对策,可供工程总承包合同风险防控参考。
Based on the characteristics of EPC engineering general contract,from the engineering scope,contract price,payment,guarantee letter,change,claim and other angles,this paper analyzed the risk provisions of engineering general contract,and put forward specific countermeasures,provided reference for the risk prevention and control of engineering general contract.
