摘要
通过接头剥离和拉伸-剪切试验研究了铝锂合金(1420)和钛合金(TA1)同种异种压印T型和单搭接头的力学性能。由试验结果比较可知,低强度下板压印接头的承载能力较高,低强度下板在两种接头的能量吸收值均高于高强度下板。
The mechanical properties of T-type and single lapping clinched joints for 1420 aluminum-lithium alloy and TA1 titanium alloy sheet were studied through stripping and tension-shear test of joint. The results show that the carrying capacity of lower sheet with low strength is higher, and the energy absorption values of two kinds of joints of low strength lower sheet are higher than those of high strength lower sheet.
