摘要
利用显微激冷的金属凝固控制原理,研究了不同显微激冷剂加入量对ZCh Sn Sbll-6锡基巴氏合金的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,显微激冷剂的加入细化晶粒,增加密度,减少偏析,降低合金的硬度。
By using solidification control principle of micro-chilling, the effects of different additions of micro-chilling agent on structure and mechanical properties of ZChSnSbll-6 Tin-based bearing alloy were studied. The results show that adding of micro-chilling agent can refine grains, enhance density, decrease segregation, and decrease the hardness of alloy.
