山区配电架空线路防雷害分析与减灾对策 被引量:6

摘要 闽北山区雷暴日高,10k V配电架空线路夏季雷雨季节易遭受雷击而造成配电线路频繁发生单相接地、短路故障,特别是在山区线路为防范树线矛盾而大量使用架空绝缘导线后易发生断线故障。针对此现状,文章从雷害的成因及对设备的危害入手分析,结合福建南平近年来在防范雷害方面的尝试及成效,着重介绍了福建南平开展10k V架空配电线路防雷害分析与综合防雷措施的应用,特别是大量采用串联间隙氧化锌避雷器的经验。经多年的运行经验表明,采取综合防雷措施,特别是应用串联间隙避雷器可有效降低10k V架空线路雷害故障次数,尤其对绝缘导线雷击断线起到了有效防护作用。 Thunderstorms in the mountainous area of North Fujian Province is very common,the 10 kV overhead distribution lines are vulnerable to the lightning stroke in the summer thunderstorm season,leading to frequent single-phase grounding and short circuit faults of distribution lines. In particular,aiming to prevent conflicts between trees and lines,a large amount of overhead insulated conductors are used in the mountainous area,which is easy to cause line break faults. Therefore,the paper analyzes the causes for the lightning disasters and the damage to equipment,combining with the attempts and achievements of Nanping in lightning protection in recent years,emphatically introduces the experience of Nanping on protecting the 10 kV overhead distribution lines from lightning,especially for the experience of installing a lot of zinc oxide arresters with series gap. The operating experience of nearly ten years showed that the application of the arresters with series gap can effectively reduce the fault accounts of 10 kV overhead lines caused by lightning,and especially has an effective effect in preventing the insulated conductors from being broken by lightning.
