摘要
气候正常与恶劣是影响农业收成与人居生活环境的重要因素。文章分析了哈尔滨市2015年的气候特点及其影响,认为相比往年,2015年哈尔滨市气温略高、降水略少、积温略多、终霜冻偏早、初霜冻偏晚。年内主要发生了道路结冰、冰雹、暴雨、高温、大风、雾和霾、沙尘、寒潮、暴雪等恶劣天气气候事件对农业、交通、水资源、人居环境、人体健康等产生有害影响。
Whether the climate is normal or not is an important factor that affects the agricultural and the living environment of human settlement. The climate characteristics and effect of Harbin 2015 were analyzed in the paper,contrasted with former years, regarding that the Harbin City is higher in temperature, slightly less in precipitation, slightly more in cumulative temperature ,too harvest City in slightly early of final frost and too late of first frost. The severe weather and climate events, including the road freezing hail, storm, high temperature, big wind, frog and haze, dust, cold-air outbreak and snow storm, occurred mainly in a year have had harmful effects on the agriculture, traffic, water resources, living environment and human healthy, etc.
