摘要
随着中国近几年频繁的地震和自然灾害的发生,一些地区的中小型水库在遭受地震之类的自然灾害后,会有不同程度上的损坏,许多病险水库都面临着巨大的安全问题。针对这些水库进行直观和全面的综合评价,经过调查和分析研究,把险情等级和损坏程度较大的水库险情,进行合理和有效的判断至关重要,不仅有利于技术人员以及施工器械资源合理安排抢险水库的顺序,还可以减少地震后带来的破坏,把损失降低到最小。文章对中小型水库震损险情综合评价指标体系进行了系列的研究,具有一定的现实意义。
In recent years, the earthquake and natural disasters broke out frequently in China, some middle and small sized reservoirs were damaged in different degrees after destroyed by these disasters, and many danger reservoirs would face great safety evaluated directly and comprehensively, through issues. It is vital important for these reservoirs to be investigation, analysis and research, the grade of dangerous status and reservoirs damaged seriously are judged reasonably and effectively, which not only is beneficial for the technical staff and construction machine to be arranged orderly, but also may reduce the damages due to the earthquake and decrease the loss to the lowest. This paper is to research systematically the comprehensive evaluation index system of earthquake losses and danger of the middle and small sized reservoirs, having a certain practical meaning.
