摘要
在我国城镇化的进程中,传统道德教化所依托的乡村社群意识和社群组织遭到了破坏,削弱了乡镇教育的道德资源。乡镇是兼具城市精神和乡土伦理的特殊共同体,在从乡村到城镇的身份转变中,乡镇道德教育应当基于这一特征培育个体对乡镇社群的身份认同和教育认同,并立足于乡镇公共伦理建构学校道德共同体,培育儿童美德。
During the course of urbanization in our country, the sense of community and community organization of village were destroyed, and its moral sources and moral education were also be weakened. The township is a special community that possesses city spirit and rural ethics during the identity change from village to town.The moral education of township should cultivate the self-identity and education identity to the township community, and construct the school moral community that basing on the township public ethics, thus cultivating children's virtue.
