染色质结构影响肿瘤细胞辐射敏感性的研究进展

Influence of chromatin structure on the radiation sensitivity of tumor cells

摘要 染色质结构修饰在DNA复制、转录、修复和重组的过程中发挥重要作用。近年来研究表明,染色质结构修饰不仅影响电离辐射后的DNA损伤的产生并且还参与多个DNA损伤反应(DDR)的信号通路。本文就染色质结构及其在DNA损伤修复中的作用,特别是特征性染色质结构、组蛋白修饰对肿瘤细胞辐射敏感性的影响进行了综述。 Cumulative evidence demonstrated that the ehromatin modification plays important roles in the processes of DNA replication, transcription, repair and recombination. Both of the generation of DNA lesions and the activation of DNA damage response (DDR) to ionizing radiation could be affected by the chromatin modifications. This paper reviewed the recent research progresses in the chromatin structure modifications and its role in DDR, especially the influence of characteristic chromatin structure and histone modification on the radiation sensitivity of tumor cells.
