摘要
介绍了一种新型材料表面处理技术——电子束表面改性,阐述了电子束表面改性的基本原理及国内外电子束表面改性的发展。简述了相关领域的主要研究成果及取得的进展,包括表面淬火、表面合金化、表面非晶体以及表面熔凝,并对电子束抛光表面改性进行了展望。电子束表面改性技术做为一种极具优势的高能束表面改性技术,将在未来工业中占据无法替代的地位。
A new material surface treatment technology was introduced in this paper, which was the surface modification of electron beam.The basic principle of electron beam surface modification and the development of electron beam surface modification in China and abroad were expounded. The research results and research progress in relevant field were summarized, including surface quenching, surface alloying, surface amorphous and surface remelting, and the electron beam polishing surface modification was outlooked.Electron beam surface modification taking as a advantageous high energy beam surface modification technology occupied the irreplaceable position in the industry in the future.
