摘要
针对多管连发电磁发射装置的控制系统设计,采用了蓝牙与单片机通讯的方法,研究并分析了电磁发射机理与多管连发发射技术,设计了单片机总体控制与驱动电路、电磁发射电路与蓝牙控制电路。通过8管电磁发射装置的连发射击试验,验证了所设计的控制系统工作稳定可靠,能够实现最高射速为12000发/分钟的多管连发射击。
According to designing the control system of multi-reluctance electromagnetic launch,the method of communication between Bluetooth technology and MCS is adopted.The electromagnetic emission mechanism and the technology of multiple bursts is studied.The overall control and drive circuit,electromagnetic launch circuit and the Bluetooth control circuit are designed.The firing test of 8 tube electromagnetic launchers is carried out.The results show that,the launch control system is simple,safe and reliable and the projectiles can be launched at the highest speed of 12000 FPM.
