摘要
教师主体师德修养教育意谓教师自身能动地将客观规定的教师职业道德规范及其他特定要求通过有效途径有意识地逐步内化为个体的专业道德素质和涵养的过程,也是一个贯穿着对教师诸多应该遵循的道德原则和道德规范的不断学习和强化、内化于心的主体内在活动。教师主体师德教育内化是教师个体道德修养形成的重要条件,也是教师主体道德人格完善的关键环节,主要通过教师个体的自检、自察、自省、自律,将外在师德融化在教师个体精神之中。这是教师主体提高师德认识、培养师德情感、形成师德信念的一个渐进过程。主体师德内化要做到学习与实践结合、尝试与自省结合、交流与慎独结合,这样才能更好地完成师德修养的内化建构。
The teachers' ethics cultivation education is a process of turning teachers' profes- sional code of ethics and other specific requirements into individual professional and ethical standards. It is also a process of an inner activity for learning, strengthening, and internal- izing the teachers' professional code of ethics. The formation of teachers' ethics cultivation is based on the internalization of teachers' ethics education, and it is completed through self-check, introspection and self-discipline. So the formation of teachers' ethics cultivation is a gradual process of increasing awareness of, cultivating and forming teachers morality. Therefore studying and practicing, self-awareness, communication and high self-esteem should be combined to better complete the internalized construction of internalized construction of teachers' ethics cultivation education.
