摘要
以C60混凝土破碎、筛分成再生骨料配置C30、C40、C50混凝土为试验对象,研究机制砂石粉含量变化对再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能影响.研究结果表明,C40、C50混凝土石粉含量在8%左右,C30混凝土石粉含量在12%左右,抗氯离子渗透性能最佳,并从微观角度给出了石粉对不同强度等级再生混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能作用机理.同时,通过对氯离子渗透系数时变规律的研究,给出了C30-C50再生混凝土氯离子渗透系数的拟合公式.
The chloride diffusion is investigated to explore the effect of different stone powder contents on recycled concrete(C30, C40 and C50), mixed with manufactured sand and recycled aggregate which comes from C60 concrete. The test results show that the best stone powder content of C40 and C50 concrete is 8%, the best stone powder content of C30 concrete is 12%. And the mechanism about how stone powder effects the chloride diffusion of different strength grade recycled concrete is discussed from the micro perspective. At the same time, through analyzing the time-dependent properties of chloride diffusion, fitting formula of chloride diffusion coefficient of C30-C50 concrete is given in the paper.
