摘要
研究了钛酸酯偶联剂对石粉无机废料的改性效果,利用复合改性工艺探索钛酸酯偶联剂用量对石粉无机废料的亲油性、吸油值和活化度的影响,外光谱分析改性效果。得出改性后的石粉废料亲油性较好,吸油值较低,活化度达到91.60%,且废料表面有效键合了其他有机化学键。
The titanate coupling agent modification effect of powder waste was mainly studied, composite modification technique was introduced to explore the influence of dosage of titanate coupling agent on the lipophilicity, oil factor and activation degree of powder waste, modification effects by infrared spectrum analysis. Modified powder waste had good hydrophilic, lower oil absorption value, activation degree reached 91.60%, and effectively bonded on the surface of other organic chemical bonds.
