摘要
为加强我国北方利用好氧活性污泥工艺处理啤酒废水的有效应用,本文对低温条件下活性污泥理化性质随培养时间的变化进行了监测,综合分析了低温条件下好氧活性污泥的启动时间,进一步优化了低温条件下好氧活性污泥工艺。实验结果表明,低温好氧活性污泥对啤酒废水的处理具有较好的效果,在18d污泥沉降性能最好,沉降比为23.3%,C0DMn去除率最高为84.2%;在第19d,NH4-N去除率达到最高,为73.6%,不同培养时间活性污泥的形态及生物种群差异较大。经过综合指标判断,18d为低温条件下啤酒废水好氧活性污泥系统的最佳启动时间,18-20d为系统运行稳定期。
To strengthen the application of aerobic activated sludge process to dispose brewery wastewater in north China, the activated sludge with culture time under low temperature was characterized. The start-up time for aerobic activated sludge process under low temperature was analyzed, and the aerobic activated sludge process un- der low temperature was further optimized. The results showed that aerobic activated sludge treatment of brewery wastewater has a good effect under low temperature. Sludge settling properties preferably in 18 days: Settlement ratio was 23.3%; CODMn removal rate was 84.2%. The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was the highest and 73.6% in 19 days. Culture time affected the form of sludge and organism community in aerobic activated sludge. As a resuit, the 18th day for the brewery wastewater treatment of aerobic activated sludge system, was designated as an optimal start time and the 18th-20th days for the system were thought as a stable period.
