摘要
某车门限位臂导向板经约1万次台架耐久试验后发生了断裂。通过化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验、断口观察、能谱分析等试验方法,确定了限位臂导向板的断裂失效模式属于疲劳断裂,断裂主要原因是零件表面在热处理过程中发生了脱碳,脱碳层深度约为0.15 mm。在实际工艺中应采用气体保护措施,从而确保零件表面无明显脱碳现象,进而提高工件质量。
The guide plate for an auto door has been fractured after being subjected to simulative durability tests about ten thousand times. The failure feature and cause of the guide plate were analyzed by chemical analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination, ohservation on fracture surfaces and EDS analysis. The results showed that the fracture feature of the guide plate was fatigue fracture. The main cause of fracture was decarburization on the surface of the guide plate developed during heat treatment process. The depth of decarburization was about 0. 15 mm. In practice, gas protection measures should be adopted to ensure no decarburization at the surface, thus improving quality of the guide plate.
