海德堡眼底断层扫描仪检测不同年龄段正常人视网膜神经纤维层的定量分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨不同年龄段正常人视网膜神经纤维层的形态、结构特点。方法采用海德堡眼底断层扫描仪对300例(600眼)不同年龄段的正常人进行视乳头扫描,按照年龄每10岁为一组,分为5组,每周岁选6人,男女各半。分别测量每人双眼全视盘、颞侧、颞上、颞下、鼻侧、鼻上、鼻下盘缘各区域的视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度,并对结果进行统计学处理。结果正常人平均视盘RNFL厚度为(0.3053±0.0975)mm,随着年龄增长,厚度变薄;就不同部位而言,颞下最厚,鼻侧最薄。14~23岁组各区域RNFL厚度分别为(0.3328±0.0735)mm、(0.3293±0.1155)mm、(0.4286±0.1136)mm、(0.4692±0.1134)mm、(0.1020±0.0290)mm、(0.3672±0.0956)mm、(0.3846±0.1169)mm;≥54岁组各区域RNFL厚度分别为(0.2650±0.0735)mm、(0.2698±0.0989)mm、(0.3770±0.0977)mm、(0.3808±0.1221)mm、(0.0980±0.0257)mm、(0.3122±0.1161)mm、(0.3208±0.1093)mm。左右眼及男女间差异无统计学意义(P值均〉0.05)。结论随着年龄增长,视乳头上、下方和鼻侧的RNFL厚度逐渐变薄,性别和眼别对正常人视盘RNFL厚度无影响。 Objective To study the morphological structure of the retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) in normal subjects with different age. Methods RNFL thickness around the optic nerve head of 600 eyes from 300 normal subjects were examined by Heidelberg retina tomograph (HRT). The subjects were divided into five groups according to the age at an interval of 10 years. Each group included 60 cases ( 120 eyes) , each age include 6 subjects with half male and half female. RNFL thickness of the whole disc, temporal, temporal superior, temporal inferior, nasal, nasal superior, and nasal inferior parts were measured and analyzed. Results The average RNFL thickness of the whole disc was (0.305 3 ± 0. 097 5 ) ram, and it was thinner when ageing. Among different parts, the RNFL thickness of temporal inferior part was the thickest, while RNFLT of nasal part was the thinnest. The RNFL thickness in 14 - 23 years old group were (0. 332 8 ± 0.0735) ram, (0.3293±0.1155) mm, (0.4286±0.1136) mm, (0.4692±0.1134) mm, (0.1020±0.0290) mm, (0. 367 2 ±0. 095 6) mm, (0. 384 6 ±0. 116 9) mm respectively;while the RNFL thickness of older than 54 years old group were (0.265 0 ±0.073 5) mm, (0.269 8 ±0.098 9) mm, (0.377 0 ±0.097 7) mm, (0.380 8 ±0. 122 1) mm, (0.098 0 ± 0.025 7) mm, (0. 312 2 ±0. 116 1) mm, (0. 320 8 ±0. 109 3) mm,respectively. There was no significant difference in RNFLT between right and left eye, neither between men and women ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions The retinal nerve fiber layer tends to become thinner when ageing ( especially the nasal, superior and inferior regions). RNFL thickness was not related to gender or the specific eye.
