摘要
目的:建立红花中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。应用Hypersil ODS C18(250×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;以甲醇:乙腈:0.7%磷酸水(26:2:72)为流动相;流速为1.0m L·min-1;检测波长为403nm;柱温为30℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在0.068-0.408ug范围内,与峰面积具有良好的线性关系。羟基红花黄色素A的平均回收率为97.66%,RSD为1.73%(n=6)。结论:该方法精密度高,分离度好,可用于红花中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定。
Objective: : To establish a method for the determination of hydroxy safflor yellow A. Methods: using high performance liquid chromatography. The application of Hypersil ODS C18( 250 x 4. 6mm,5 u m) chromatographic column; methanol: acetonitrile: 0. 7% phosphoric acid water( 26: 2: 72) as mobile phase; the flow rate was 10 m L·min-1; the detection wavelength was 403nm; the column temperature is 30 DEG C. Results: the linear relationship between the peak area and the peak area of A was good in the range of 0. 068μg ~ 0. 408μg. The average recovery of hydroxy safflower yellow A was 97. 66% and RSD was 1. 73%( n = 6). Conclusion: the method is of high precision,good separating degree,can be used for the determination of hydroxy safflor yellow A. Conclusion: the method is simple,good degree of separation,can be used for the determination of hydroxy safflor yellow A.
