摘要
第五代移动通信对通信系统的信道编码提出了更高要求,因此针对5G应用背景需求,对Polar码和LDPC码进行性能分析,研究了Polar-LDPC和LDPC-Polar两种级联码机制,并在AWGN信道环境下,分析了Polar-LDPC和LDPC-Polar两种级联码的译码性能。结果表明,码长相等情况下,两种级联码译码性能均优于单独的Polar码译码性能,设计出的Polar码和LDPC码的级联机制降低了LDPC码的错误平层,同时改善了Polar码的译码性能。
The fifth generation mobile communication posed higher requirements on channel coding of communication system. In this paper, the performance of Polar code and LDPC code were analyzed and the mechanism of the two concatenated codes of Polar-LDPC and LDPC-Polar were studied in light of 5G requirements. The decoding performance of two concatenated codes were also analyzed under the AWGN channel. Simulation results show that the decoding performance of both concatenated codes are better than that of individual Polar codes with the same code length. The concatenation of Polar code and LDPC code not only reduces the error floor of LDPC code, but also improves the decoding performance of Polar codes.
