摘要
自动接料装置是根据压力机工作原理,将压力机滑块的上下运动通过摆杆机构转变为左右摆动,从而实现自动接料。冲压自动接料装置结构简单,工作平稳、可靠,安装方便,实际应用证明,自动接料装置提高了生产效率40%,操作工的劳动强度降低了15%,降低了企业此类冲压生产安全事故的发生率。
Depending on the operational pnnciple of the press ram, automatic feeding device converts, through swing rod mechanism, up-and-down motion of recess of press ram to side-to-side movement, and thus realizes the automatic material feeding. Stamping production automatic feeding device is simply structured, stably and reliably operated, and easily constructed. As is proved by practical application, stamping production automatic feeding device increases the manufacturing efficiency by 40 percent and lowers the labor intensity by 15 percent, reducing the probability of corporate accidents during stamping production as mentioned above.
