摘要 提出了一种基于特大型四点接触球轴承精确静承载曲线设计轴承原始接触角的方法,并开发了相应的设计软件。该设计方法能够精确设计特大型四点接触球轴承的原始接触角,并保证设计的轴承一定满足轴承静承载能力的要求。 A new design method for the initial contact angle of the large size four-point-contact ball bearing is presented according to the precise static load-carrying capacity curves of the bearing, and the corresponding design software is developed. By this new method, the initial contact angle of the large size four-point-contact ball bearing can be designed accurately. The bearing designed according to this new method can meet the requirement of bearing static load - carrying capacity.
