摘要
以大唐国际北京高井热电厂9FB级燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组为研究对象,在90%CO2捕获系统性能及整合界面分析的基础上,提出了天然气捕获就绪(Capture Ready)电厂在设备空间需求、热力系统及辅助系统等方面的基本特征,从设计和改造的角度讨论了热电联产机组Capture Ready的基本方案。经济性预测结果表明,碳捕获改造后,发电成本增加至1.173元/k Wh,利润率降低至9.15,降低了22.4%。
In this study,the 9FB natural gas combined cycle( NGCC) units in Beijing Gaojing Power Plant is the research object. Based on the study of 90% post-combustion CO2 capture system and the integrated interface,the essential feature in space requirement,thermodynamic system and auxiliary system of capture ready plant is proposed. The basic Capture Ready scheme of the combined heat and power( CHP) is discussed from the view of design and retrofit. The result of economic prediction shows that: after CO2 capture retrofit,the power cost increased to RMB1. 173 Yuan / k Wh,the profit rate reduced to 9. 15,down 22. 4%.
