摘要
介绍了700 MPa级汽车边梁用钢产品的成分设计、冶炼工艺、轧制工艺以及产品的性能,研究了不同卷取温度对带钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:随卷取温度降低,抗拉强度和屈服强度略有升高;卷取温度600℃时,延伸率达到最大值为27.7%。对工业试制产品进行了性能检测,结果表明,试制的700M Pa级高强钢的平均屈服强度为650 M Pa,平均抗拉强度为739 M Pa,平均延伸率达到26.7%,具有高的抗拉强度和良好的成型性能,满足700 MPa级高强汽车边梁用钢的性能要求。
It is introduced the composition design, smelting process, rolling process and product performance of 700 MPa - level automobile side beam steel, studied the influence of different coiling temperatures on the mechanical properties of the strip steel. It is showed from the result that along with the coiling temperature getting down, its tensile strength and yield strength get a little raised; when coiling temperature as 600, its elongation reaches to the maximum value 27. 7%. The industrial trial products are tested for their performance. The result shows that the average yield strength of trial produced 700 MPa - level high - strength steel is 650 MPa, average tensile strength 739 MPa, average elongation 26.7%, and this kind of steel can meet the demand.
