摘要
以Li_2B_4O_7为熔剂,LiBr为脱膜剂,熔融法制备样品,建立了X射线荧光光谱对钢渣中CaO、MgO、SiO_2、P_2O_5、S、Al_2O_3、MnO、TiO_2、和Fe 9项成分的快速检测方法。采用转炉渣、高炉渣、平炉渣系列标样绘制校准曲线,使曲线可以适用于各种炉渣样品分析。
With Li2B4O7 as flux, LiBr as ingot stripping agent and melting method to make sample, the fast determination method with X - ray fluorescence spectrometry is got for 9 components in steel slag: CaO, MgO, SiO2, P2O5, S, Al2O3, MnO, TiO2 and Fe. The series standard sample of converter slag, blast furnace slag and open - hearth furnace slag is adopted to draw calibration curve, to enable the curve be used for various slag samples analysis.
