In the new normal, relying on reform and innovation, the adjustment of industrial structure, meanwhile maintaining a reasonable investment and consumption demand, it is vital for Ningxia to accelerate the pace of opening up to the outside world, realize the coordinated development of investment, consumption and export demand for these powers.
