摘要
通过矿相技术检测,数据收集、整理、分析、总结,与同行先进企业指标比较,水钢烧结矿微观结构和矿物组成存在不足原因分析,并提出改进措施的建议,还阐明了1.8倍碱度以下,不同碱度、不同燃料比下的烧结矿矿物组成对冶金性能影响。
By examining mineral phases, collecting and sorting and analyzing and summarizing experimental data, comparing these data with indexes of advanced enterprises of iron and steel and analyzing reasons to cause shortcomings of microstructure and mineral composition of sinter in Shuigang, we put forward improvement measures and clarify effects of mineral composition of sinter on metallurgical characteristics in the case of various basicity (〈1.8) and various fuel ratio.
