摘要
以双氢封端聚硅氧烷、丁子香酚为原料,通过硅氢加成制备了双丁子香酚封端聚硅氧烷,并用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、凝胶渗透色谱等进行表征。结果表明,相比于三甲基氯硅烷,六甲基二硅氮烷更适合作为硅氢加成的羟基保护剂;此反应的最佳条件为:本体聚合、温度不超过100℃、反应时间4 h、催化剂用量10×10^(-6)。
Double eugenol terminated polysiloxane with different molecular weights and narrow distribution coefficient were prepared by hydrosilylation with dihydro terminated polysiloxane and eugenol as the raw mate- rials, and Karstedt catalyst as catalyst. The product was characterized by FT -IR, 1n NMR and GPC. Re- sults showed that compared to TMSC1, HMDS was more suitable to be as the hydroxy protecting agent in hydrosilylation, and the optimal conditions for the reaction were as followed: the temperature did not exceed 100 ℃, bulk polymerization, reaction time was 4 h, and the amount of catalyst was 10 ×10-6.
