摘要
行政管理的学科特点和培养目标要求其教学要注重实践性和应用性,而案例教学能帮助学生提高理论联系实际的能力,因此,这种授课方法正越来越受到关注。目前,我国行政管理学科的案例教学还存在一些问题,文章在分析这些问题的基础上,从教师、学生、案例三方面着手,提出了相关对策。
The subject characteristics and training objectives of Administration Management require the teachersto make their class more practical when teaching. Case teaching can help students improve their ability to link theorywith practice.As a result, this kind of teaching method is getting more and more attention nowadays. At present, someproblems exists in the case teaching of colleges and universities in our country indeed. In this paper, the author willput forward some measures from the three aspects of teacher, student and case, after analyzing these existing prob-lems.
