催化油浆在溶剂脱沥青装置的掺炼利用 被引量:3

摘要 对溶剂脱沥青装置掺炼催化油浆的工艺操作、物料平衡、产品质量和经济效益等方面进行了分析。结果表明:油浆掺炼后产品脱沥青油残炭下降、收率增加,且质量有所提高;脱油沥青针入度和软化点均在产品质量的可控范围内,对操作工艺条件没有影响。另外,催化油浆在溶剂脱沥青装置与催化裂化组合工艺相结合后有利于提高炼厂的经济效益。 Analysis was made on process operation,material balance,product quality and economic benefit of blending FCC slurry into the butane solvent deasphalting feedstock. Result showed that after blending FCC slurry into the deasphalting feedstock,the carbon residue in deasphalted oil declined,while yield and quality were improved; the penetration and softening point of de- oiled asphalt were within the controllable range of product quality,which have no effects on the operation conditions. In addition,the catalytic slurry is helpful in improving economic benefits of refinery plant when combining with catalytic cracking process in the solvent deasphalting unit.
