摘要
研究固硫灰掺量对硫氧镁水泥的抗压强度、耐水性、体积稳定性的影响。结果表明:在试验掺量范围内,随着固硫灰掺量的增加,硫氧镁水泥的抗压强度、耐水性和体积稳定性提高;当固硫灰的掺量为20%时,硫氧镁水泥的3、7、28 d抗压强度较未掺固硫灰的分别提高48.37%、33.33%、22.02%,软化系数由0.80提高到0.92,56 d线性膨胀率由4.527×10^(-3)降低到0.444×10^(-3)。同时,用XRD、SEM、压汞仪等测试方法研究了水泥石的物相组成、微观形貌、孔隙率等随固硫灰掺量的变化规律。
The influences of CFBC fly ash content on compressive strength,water resistance and volume stability of magne- sium oxysulfate cement are studied in this paper. The results show that the compression strength,water resistance and volume sta- bility of MOS stones increase with rising CFBC fly ash,when the content of CFBC fly ash from 0 to 20%,the 3 d,7 d,28 d com- pressive strength could be improved 48.37%,33.33% ,22.02% respectively, softening coefficient could be improved from 0.80 to 0.92,56 d linear expansion ratio could be reduced from 4.527×10-3 to 0.444×10-3. Meanwhile the phase composition,microstructure structure,porosity of MOS stones have been investigated by using XRD,SEM and mercury intrusion method,tbe change laws of CF- BC fly ash content on phase composition,microstructure structure,porosity of MOS stones were also discussed.
