摘要
针对洛阳市雨水口泄水能力不足,造成道路积水、城市内涝、交通瘫痪等问题,成立专项QC小组。经过QC小组的调查分析,发现雨水口泄水能力不足的主要原因有道路坡度大、雨水口选材不当、雨水口数量不足、最低点未设置雨水口及杂物堵塞等。根据实际情况制定了实施对策,并按此对策进行积水点改造。结果表明,改造后的雨水口泄水能力显著提高,道路积水点数量明显减少,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
To address the problems of deficiency of drainage capacity of stormwater inlets in Luoy-ang City, which leads to road standing water, urban waterlogging and traffic gridlock, a specific QC group was established. After the survey and analysis by the QC group, it was found that the main reasons of the deficiency of drainage capacity of rainwater inlets were large road slope, inappropriate material of stormwater inlets, insufficient number of stormwater inlets, no stormwater inlet at the lowest point and debris jam. Based on this, the implementation countermeasures were established, and the standing water points were reconstructed. The results showed that the drainage capacity of stormwater inlets was significantly improved, and the number of standing water points was significantly reduced, which achieved good economic and social benefits.
