摘要
目的观察并探讨低温等离子手术应用于扁桃体切除手术中的具体效果。方法选择扁桃体切除手术的50例患者,对照组(传统扁桃体切除术治疗)和观察组(低温等离子手术治疗)各25例,对比两组的临床手术效果。结果观察组的手术时间和术中出血量为(7.50±2.43)min、(20.58±4.38)ml,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用低温等离子手术进行扁桃体切除,能显著缩短手术时间和术后康复时间,促进术后康复。
Objective To observe and study the low temperature plasma operation for the specific effect of tonsillectomy. Methods Selected 50 patients of tonsillectomy, control group （ conventional tonsillectomy treatment ） and observation group （ low temperature plasma surgery ） of 25 cases. The clinical surgery effect of two groups was compared. Results The observation group of operation time and intraoperative blood loss （ 7.50 ± 2.43 ） rain and （ 20.58 ± 4.38 ） ml, were significantly lower than control group （P〈 0.05 ） . Conclnsion The application of low-temperature plasma surgery tonsillectomy, can significantly shorten the operation time and postoperative recovery time, promote postoperative recovery.
