摘要
目的 探讨中医护理临床路径在神经根型颈椎病患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2015年2月-2016年5月收治的神经根型颈椎病患者70例,将所有患者随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医护理临床路径模式,比较两组护理有效率。结果 观察组护理有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 中医护理临床路径可有效提高护理有效率,且操作简单,有利于患者预后恢复,不会对患者的生活造成负面影响,在临床应用中具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To discuss the application effect of patieuts with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis by the TCM nursing clinical pathway. Methods Selected the 70 cases of patients with nerve-root type cervical spondylosis at our hospital from the Fehnlary 2015 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, each of 35 cases. The control group was used routine nursiug, and the treatment group was used the TCM nursing clinical pathway. The nursing effective rate of them were compared. Results The nursing effective rate of the treatment group was greater than the control, there was statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion That able effective improve the nursing effective rate of the TCM nursing cliuical pathway, that is simplicity of operator, and help for prognosis recovery of patients, which is not caused the negative effects of patients＇ life, that has higher promotion value in the clinical application.
