摘要
目的 研究分析恶性脑肿瘤术后化疗患者焦虑情绪的特点分析及护理效果。方法 回顾性分析本院2015年1月-2016年5月期间收治的恶性脑肿瘤术后化疗患者39例,针对病患心理特征开展针对性舒适护理及心理干预疏导,并依据焦虑自评量表（SAS）评估病患护理前后焦虑情绪变化。结果 通过对比分析,护理后患者焦虑情绪明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 结合脑肿瘤病患心理特征开展针对性舒适护理及心理干预疏导,其护理疗效显著,可有效改善患者焦虑心理,提高患者治疗信心,增加治疗依从性,缓解病患后期化疗疼痛感,促进预后改善。
Objective To study the characteristics of anxiety in patients with malignant brain tumor chemotherapy postoperative, analyze the nursing effect. Methods A retrospective analysis of 39 patients with postoperative chemotherapy of malignant brain tumor in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were studied, the targeted comfortable nursing for patients and psychological intervention channel were carried out according to psychological characteristics, and the anxiety changes of patients before and after nursing were evaluated with self- evaluation of anxiety scale （ SAS ） . Results Through the analysis, nursing patients with anxiety after nursing was improved, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, Conclusion The combination of brain tumor patients are psychological characteristics to carry out targeted comfortable nursing guidance and psychological intervention, its nursing curative effect is distinct, can effectively improve the patients＇ anxiety and improve patient confidence and increase the treatment adherence, alleviate pain patients late chemotherapy, promote the prognostic effect of ascension.
