摘要
目的探究二甲双胍与黄连素在初发2型糖尿病治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院收治并已确诊的初发2型糖尿病患者60例,随机分为对照组与实验组,各30例,对两组患者的疗效进行评价分析。结果实验组治疗的总有效率高于对照组,不良反应低于对照组。结论对于治疗初发2型糖尿病临床上可选用二甲双胍与黄连素联合进行治疗,效果明显,不良反应较少。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical therapeutic effect of metformin and berberine in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes melitus.Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, 30 cases in each group,and the curative effect of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion For the treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes clinical can choose metformin and berberine combined treatment, obvious effect,less adverse reaction.
