摘要
针对石油磺酸盐罐组式磺化生产装置工艺落后,员工操作负荷大,生产过程严重污染环境的问题进行优化改造,全部生产过程采用DCS控制系统,大幅度提高了生产过程的自动化控制水平,最终提高了装置生产效率,使产品顺利生产并保证油田的应用。
To improve and optimize the petroleum sulfonate multi-stage sulfonation process equipment and technique, reduce working load and solve the serious environmental pollution problem arising out of the production, DCS control system would be employed in the entire production process to greatly improve the automatical control level of the production process and ultimately improve the efficiency of production equipment, making our production smooth and ensuring the application of oilfield.
