摘要
研究生的工程创新能力培养是国家进步和科技发展的重要一环。以提高研究生的工程实践和创新能力为核心,通过分析目前在我校控制工程专业学生培养过程中存在的问题,先后建立了包括"以学启创""以练推创""以赛促创"和"以践激创"的学练赛践四位一体化工程创新培养机制,形成了研究生的"学习—锻炼—比赛—实践"3年递进式工程实践培养体系,探索了一条培养和提升研究生综合工程创新能力的新途径。
The innovative ability cultivation of the professional maters is one of the key conditions for the development of country and society and the progress of technologies.In order to improve the engineering practice and innovative ability of graduate students in our university,the problems existing the training process of controlling engineering graduate students are first analyzed.Then the cultivation system of the integration of teaching-practicing-competing-researching for engineering innovation ability,which includes the four parts,i.e.,innovation ability motivated by teaching,innovation ability promoted by practicing,innovation ability driven by competing and innovation ability advanced by researching is established.Next,the three years practice cultivation system of increment type,which is based on the learning-practice-application-innovation,is formed.Finally,a novel way of cultivating and promoting the comprehensive ability of engineering innovation of professional master students is explored.
