摘要
以四川师范大学本科酒店管理专业为例,并在调查和研究的基础上,探讨提出了本科酒店管理专业实验室建设的详细思路和建设方案。实践证明,该方案不但能够解决酒店管理专业实践场地面积小,实验设备紧缺等问题,同时也因为半经营性而最大限度地利用了实验室资源,锻炼了学生的实战操作能力,特别是管理能力,为学生更好地走上一线工作岗位提供了充分的保障。
Taking the undergraduate program of Hotel Management at Sichuan Normal University as an example,the detailed design and scheme for the construction of the hotel management laboratory are discussed and put forward on the basis of the survey and research.Practice has proved that the scheme has not only solved the problem of small practice area and the shortage of experimental equipment,but also maximized the use of laboratory resources due to its half-operating management system.Meanwhile,the students＇ practical ability,especially their management ability is well trained,which can help them to acquire full preparation for their future job.
