摘要
目的 评价微信健康教育在混合痔患者出院随访中的效果。方法将2015年7月~2016年2月符合标准的120例混合痔患者作为微信组,除常规健康教育外,加入科室微信群进行微信健康教育,回顾性选择2014年11月~2015年6月120例患者作为对照组。两组患者均在出院7 d后由专职护士进行健康教育满意率调查电话随访。结果 微信组患者健康教育满意率高于对照组患者,微信组患者疾病相关知识掌握程度高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 微信健康教育可以有效弥补传统健康教育的缺憾,提高患者对混合痔的认知水平、治疗依从性及健康教育的满意率,还可作为延伸护理使用,目前微信已得到广泛应用,其推广具有可行性。
Objective To evaluate the effect of micro-letter of health education in follow-up of patients with mixed hemorrhoid.Methods 120 cases mixed hemorrhoids patients in our hospital were selected from July 2015 to February 2016 as micro-letter group, except general health education outside, they were given Department micro-letter group for micro-letter health education. 120 patients were selected from November 2014 to June 2015 for control group. Two group patients were given health education satisfaction rate survey follow-up discharged 7 days by full-time nurse.Results The health education satisfaction rate of the micro-letter group patients was higher than control group patients, the knowledge of disease of micro-letter group was better than the control group, with signiifcant differences between two groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion Micro-letter health education can effectively make up for the shortcomings of traditional health education, it can improve the cognitive level of patients with mixed hemorrhoid, satisfaction rate of compliance and health education, also available as extended care. Currently micro-letter has been widely used,its extension is feasible.
