摘要
目的研究综合护理在糖尿病患者合并口腔颌面部间隙感染中的效果。方法对98例糖尿病患者合并口腔颌面部间隙感染的治疗及护理进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者接受有效治疗及综合护理后血糖的得到了有效控制,感染痊愈,全部出院,治愈率为100%。结论糖尿病患者合并口腔颌面部间隙感染行有效的治疗及护理,临床效果明显,综合护理是本组患者康复的保障。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing care on the patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with oral and maxillofacial space infection.MethodsA retrospective analysis was made on the treatment and nursing of 98 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with oral and maxillofacial space infection. Results All the patients received effective treatment and comprehensive nursing care of blood glucose was effectively controlled, infection cured, all discharged, and the cure rate was 100%.ConclusionEffective treatment and nursing for diabetic patients with oral and maxillofacial space infection, the clinical effect is obvious. The comprehensive nursing care is the guarantee of this group of patients.
