摘要
应用SPS软件建立了国外某原油管道的模型,计算出了不同厚度保温层的管道中泵的扬程和加热炉进出口的温差。以保温工程的投资费用、泵和加热炉所耗的能源费用的总和最小为目标函数,最终确定了本工程的经济保温层厚度,并对影响经济保温层厚度的因素进行了探讨,为以后选取经济合理的保温层厚度提供参考。
A model of a foreign crude oil pipeline is built by using the SPS software and the pump head and the temperature difference between furnace imports and exports with the different thickness of the pipe insulation is calculated. Using the sum of the future value expense which contains thermal insulation project investment, pumps and furnaces energy consumption as object functions, and the economic insulation thickness of this project is determined by tentative calculation. Some factors impacting economic insulation thickness were also discussed.
