摘要
目的建立超高效液相色谱法,测定化妆品中6种防腐剂(甲基异噻唑啉酮、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、苯甲醇、苯氧乙醇、4-对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸)的分析方法。方法以C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为分离柱,磷酸二氢钠0.05 mol/L∶(甲醇+乙腈=35+15)=55∶45为流动相洗脱,二极管阵列检测器,检测波长280 nm和254 nm,流速:1.0 m L/min。结果 L-6000测定的线性相关系数均大于0.999,精密度的保留时间与峰面积RSD%依次分别为0.20%和1.3%、0.4%和1.3%、0.21%和0.27%、0.25%和0.03%、0.5%和0.11%、0.6%和0.09%,灵敏度高于标准要求,回收率和RSD%依次分别为96.2%、0.9%;97.2%、0.6%;97.7%、0.9%;97.3%、1.0%;97.1%、0.4%;97.8%、1.0%。结论 L-6000型超高效液相色谱仪测定防腐剂线性好,灵敏度高,分析时间短,定性准确。
Objective Establish the ultra high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method, determination of six kinds of preservatives in cosmetics(methyl isopropyl thiazole moiety, methyl chloride different thiazole moiety ketone ketone, benzene, methanol, phenoxyethanol, 4-methyl p-hydroxy benzoic acid, benzoic acid) analysis method. Methods With C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm, including 5 m) for the separation column, the sodium dihydrogen phosphate 0.05 mol/L(methanol+acetonitrile=35+15)=split 55∶45 as mobile phase elution and diode array detector, detection wavelength of 280 nm and 254 nm, velocity: 1.0 m L/min. Results Linear correlation coefficient of determination of L-6000 were greater than 0.999, the retention time and peak area of precision RSD %, in turn, were 0.20 % and 1.3 % respectively, 0.4 % and 1.3 %, 0.21 % and 0.27 %, 0.25 % and 0.03 %, 0.5 % and 0.11 %, 0.6 % and 0.09 %, the sensitivity is higher than the standard requirement, recovery and RSD %, in turn, are 96.2 % and 96.2 % respectively; 97.2 %, 0.6 %; 97.7 %, 0.9 %; 97.3 %, 1.0 %; 97.1 %, 0.4 %; 97.8 %, 1.0 %.Conclusion L-6000 type ultra performance liquid chromatography determination of preservatives good linear, high sensitivity, short analysis time, qualitative accurately.
