摘要
采用粉末压片制样,以攀西地区钒钛磁铁矿样品做内控样建立铁、钛、钒分析曲线,以Rh的康普顿线做TFe内标,经验系数法对基体进行校正,与传统分析方法比较,无明显系统偏差,该方法测定准确、快速、成本低。
This paper deals with a new method of determination of Fe, Ti and V in vanadium titano-magnetite by XRF. Powder tabletting sample preparation of vanadium titano-magnetite in the Panxi area with interior label of Rh ( Compton ) and correction of empirical coefficient are used. This method has no significant system deviation with high accuracy, speediness and low cost.
